BE OPTIMISTIC

Some character and habit traits of happiness; --

  1. Be kind to others.

Be kind to everyone without expecting anything in return. Don't be kind because others are kind to you. Instead, be the initiator. It's the same concept as "with one smile, you would make two". This gift of kindness can be cultivated and when it is cultivated, you will become less stressed and have more satisfaction in life.

  2. Achieving goals.
Celebrate the journey that leads you to your big achievement. Don't worry over past mistakes. Instead focus on what the end of the road would bring you. Then you will see that those failures that you have overcame were actually building blocks to you achieving better results!

  3. Establish connections.

Making connections with people around you and whom you love would have you exercise having faith in them. Faith in the long run would be the foundation for hope and support. Those times that you spent with friends, loved ones and family members are the food for our happiest days when we are feeling low.

  4. Rejoice and give laughter free reign in your life

Instead of lamenting over the difficult task that you have to do, choose instead to enjoy what life brings to you. With your enjoyment, people would be brought together, which would in turn build opportunities.

Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -----Buddha
