To live longer is to reduce stress in your life

  1. Living a stressful lifestyle.

Stress is becoming increasingly a part of our lifestyle. We experience them in work, school and even in social circles. When this occurs, we would most likely withdraw into ourselves and isolate ourselves from the community.
  2. Increasing production of new technology

With new technologies, we have easier access to travel wherever we want to go, whenever we want to, in search of better career and lifestyle opportunities. This would mean we are never at the same place for long. Hence, it would be difficult for us to put down our roots, and be with the same people for a longer period of time.

Giving a little of your time and putting in some effort in getting involved in your community would give you rewards. It would save you time, reduce your stress level and in the process your health would be improved.
